  • Delivery errors

  • Gmail delivery health

  • Authentication performance

Video Guide Available

If you're unsure how to connect Google Postmaster Tools, click the "How it Works" button on the Postmaster page to watch our complete setup walkthrough.
The video covers:

  1. Creating or accessing your Google Postmaster account

  2. Adding and verifying your domain

  3. Granting Inbox Up read-only access

  4. Verifying the connection inside Inbox Up

  5. Understanding when reputation data will begin appearing

Important Note

Google typically requires domains to send approximately 1,000+ emails per day to Gmail recipients before reputation and spam-rate data becomes available. If you're sending lower volumes, some metrics may not appear immediately.

Inbox Placement Test Walkthrough

Inbox Placement Tests help you understand where your emails are actually landing across major mailbox providers.
Instead of relying on open rates alone, Inbox Placement Tests show whether your messages are reaching:

  • Primary Inbox

  • Promotions Tab

  • Spam Folder

  • Missing / Not Received

This allows you to identify deliverability issues before they impact your campaigns.
